Historical Romance Novels Author: Philippa Gregory

Philippa Gregory has published many historical fiction novels, from 15th Century to 20th Century. She is particularly known for her Tudor books, the stand out being The Other Boleyn Girl which was made into a feature film. Unfortunately the movie did not do the book justice as much of the story was missing and it lacked the power of the novel. Her 18th Century stories are a great read, especially liked The Respectable Trade.
